What is your refund or exchange policy?

We sail rain or shine. Refunds will only be given in the event that the sail is cancelled by management due to circumstances including but not limited to weather, maintenance problems, and/or scheduling changes (weather criteria for cancellation is actual or high probability of winds over 25 knots or severe thunderstorms). No refund will be given if at least 2 hours were spent underway. Whether or not to sail is ultimately the sole decision of the Captain. No-shows will not be issued refunds nor credit.
