What if I canÆt make my sail anymore?

We sail rain or shine. Tickets are only valid for the date, time, and type of sail indicated on them. Refunds will only be given in the event that the sail is cancelled by management due to weather, maintenance problems, and/or scheduling changes. Whether or not to sail is ultimately the sole decision of the Captain. If you cannot make your sail anymore please contact us at 814.452.2744 ext. 212 or at sail@flagshipniagara.org (please include your booking #, name, and phone number). We do not offer rebooking services at the time of cancellation, but we will issue you a credit in the form of an electronic gift card. You can use the gift card to book another sail on either Niagara or Lettie G. Howard for a date and time that works for you. No shows will not be issued gift cards. The following policy also applies for these gift cards: All gift card sales are final. Gift cards are only redeemable for sails. Gift cards are not redeemable for cash. The price of sails may change from season to season and according to the port a ship is operating in, with or without notice. Buyers will be required to pay any balance remaining after gift card(s) are redeemed. Once purchased, tickets purchased using gift card(s) are non-transferable between vessels.
