Niagara Sails into Rochester
The U.S. Brig Niagara will be sailing into the Port of Rochester Marina in Rochester, New York, for the weekend of July 28 through July 31. Niagara will be lead into Rochester by native Captain David Goldman.
Pennsylvania’s U.S. Brig Niagara is a reproduction of the relief flagship the Commodore Oliver Hazard Perry captained in the Battle of Lake Erie, a major naval battle of the War of 1812. Port visitors will enjoy learning about the history of the ship as well as the diverse maritime experiences of our crew.
We welcome guests to come aboard to authentically interpret life at sea, maritime history, and Niagara’s role in the War of 1812.
Deck Tours $1 of each paid tickets benefits The Strong National Museum of Play.
